Until then, these books will have you biting your finger nails and sitting on the edge of your seat. I love reading new books, there’s something really neat about reviewing a book before many people have had the chance to read it.
I think summer is the perfect time to settle in and read a suspenseful thriller.

Why I’m Looking Forward to These
The Girl from Widow Hills by Megan Miranda
Firstly, look at that cover. Then I saw the blurb and there’s no way I’m not reading this one.
A suspense novel about a young woman plagued by night terrors after a childhood trauma who wakes one evening to find a corpse at her feet.
The Guest List by Lucy Foley
If the cover wasn’t enough… This book is set on a little island off the cost of Ireland. My second favorite place in the whole world is a little Irish village called Spanish Point. I go there every chance I get, which admittedly isn’t nearly often enough and with travel being off the table for the foreseeable future, I have no idea when I’ll get there again. Which means I’ll have to settle for vacations of the book variety.
One Last Lie by Paul Doriron
I stumbled upon a couple early reviews for this title on GoodReads and decided that I had to read it. It’s been pre-ordered and I will be very happy when it shows up on my Kindle June 30.
